Delivery and shipping information:

We want to give our customers a pleasurable shopping experience, therefore it is important for us that your order will arrive as fast, safe and easy as possible. WoolLand cooperates with TNT who will deliver you orders internationally. If your order is placed before 12:00 PM Monday – Friday we will pack and ship it the same day.

Returns:

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order. You must fill out the forms which are sent together with your order and send it on your own expense.

Note: It is your responsibility that the return will be delivered to us and that the products are eligible.

Complaints:

As soon as you receive you WoolLand order it is your responsibility to check for faults and see that the product lives up to your expectations. Complaints must be notified to our customer service as soon as possible after receiving your order. You can reach our customer service at: post@woolland.no

Important about wool clothing standards:

Wool is a vulnerable textile and must be treated tenderly. Holes may occur if you should accidently get hooked on other material – and this is not WoolLands responsibility. “Wear and tear” holes or wool which have been washed on a wrong program is not WoolLands responsibility.

WoolLand is well known for the durability of our wool compared to other wool brands on the market. Crawling on floors and playing may damage the clothes and we advise you to patch beginning holes as soon as they occur.

When playing outside we recommend that you use a second layer over the wool garment as climbing in trees and/or sliding on the ground can be too brutal for our wool.
